What type of wholesale customers do you work with?
We work with a wide range of companies to provide great-tasting fresh bakery goods to fit many different needs. Some of the companies we’ve worked with are wedding venues, catering companies, golf clubs, banquet halls, special events teams, restaurants, corporations, grocery stores, gas stations, specialty shops, and schools.
How do I become a wholesale customer of Lovin Oven Cakery?

Do you work with wholesale customers who are tax exempt?
Yes, we do. Please provide your tax exempt number on your wholesale application so we can set you up as tax exempt in our system.
What types of products do you offer to wholesale customers?
We are a full line custom bakery, so we offer everything we can. Please refer to the Wholesale Menu for a full list of what we produce regularly. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask. We would love to help you with your specific request.
Do you offer seasonal products?
Yes we do. Most items that we sell in our store for the season can be offered wholesale. If you are looking for pictures or price quotes for seasonal items, please check Instagram or Facebook (for some current season pictures of desserts), or email us at email@example.com for pricing and any other photos you may need.
When do you produce fresh product?
Full line production occurs Tuesday through Saturday. We also bake fresh breakfast pastry product on Sunday morning. We are closed on Mondays.
Where is product produced?
All product is produced in Antioch, IL at our primary location.
Am I allowed to sell Lovin Oven Cakery product that is past expiration?
Lovin Oven Cakery customers expect fresh product. Selling old product that carries the Lovin Oven Cakery name (through signage or labels) is strictly prohibited. Lovin Oven Cakery reserves the right to immediately remove all wholesale purchasing rights from any customer who is selling or serving Lovin Oven Cakery product that is unsafe that carries the Lovin Oven Cakery name. Lovin Oven Cakery is also not responsible for product once it leaves the hands of a Lovin Oven Cakery employee.
How can I see what my cost would be as a wholesale customer?

Do you offer any prepackaged items?
Yes, please see our Grab and Go Menu for pictures and descriptions of what we offer.
Do you label your prepackaged items?
Yes, they are labeled with ingredient lists and a Lovin Oven Cakery logo sticker. Please specify at the time of ordering if you do not want the logo sticker on your package.
Do you have ingredient lists?
Yes, we can provide ingredient lists to customers who have completed the wholesale application.
How can I sample your product?

How do I order?
Wholesale orders are placed through our call center. You can call your order in by calling 224-788-9558 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much notice do you require for orders?
We require at least 2 business days’ notice. Our business days are Tuesday through Friday. Please refer to the wholesale application for the required notice by day.

Our call center is located in Antioch, IL
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders $100 or more within a 30 mile radius of Antioch, IL. We may also choose to waive delivery fees for local customers or customers who order regularly with us. Delivery charges otherwise will be based on location and day of the week.
When do you deliver?
We can deliver Tuesday through Sunday. We are closed on Mondays.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can pick up your order from any of our Lovin Oven Cakery locations.
Am I able to use the Lovin Oven Cakery logo?
We do not allow any Lovin Oven Cakery logos to be used by outside companies. Prepackaged items from our Grab and Go Menu are labeled with the Lovin Oven Cakery logo. If you have a special request regarding logo use, please email us at email@example.com.
How am I billed?
New customers must provide a credit card number on the wholesale application. This credit card will be used for the first 30 days of orders and you will be billed at the time the order is placed. After 30 days of ordering, you can opt to be billed instead. If approved, we will provide you with an invoice at the time you receive your order, whether you are picking your order up or it is being delivered. Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Unpaid invoices may result in unfilled orders until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Can I get a wholesale wedding cake?
You certainly can! We offer wholesale pricing on wedding cakes. Please contact our wedding sales consultant by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 224-788-9558 .
